What are the cushions filled with?
All cushions have 100% New Zealand Duck Feather inners. Plus the outers are removable and machine washable on cold wash only, but do not dry in dryer.

Do I have to buy cushions in sets?
No, you can purchase 1 cushion if you wish.

Are the throws machine washable?
This depends on the fabric content of the throw. All throws have ‘Care Instructions’ attached as to how best to care for your product.

Do you Gift Wrap?
Yes, if you would like your purchase gift wrapped and sent to another address please request this during the checkout process including any special message you would like to include. Délice Design Co provides this service free of charge.


How long does it take to process my order?
Délice Design Co will process your order within 3 working days. Please contact us if you have an urgent delivery requirement and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

What payment methods are available?
Délice Design Co offer a variety of payment methods to suit your needs: Bank Deposit/Direct Credit Online. Visa and MasterCard via Stripe Online Payment Service. ApplePay via Stripe if purchasing through Safari on Apple devices. Or 6 weekly interest free payment with LayBuy payment service. Simply choose which method of payment you prefer in the check out phase of your purchase. 

Can you purchase through Délice Design Co website if you are based overseas?
Yes, if your payment can be processed in New Zealand using NZ$. There is a demand for purchase and payment offshore using foreign currency, especially NZ ex-pats wanting to send gifts to people in New Zealand. So we are working on an upgrade of our payment system to accommodate payments in foreign currency.

What happens if I change my mind about my order?
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind. Délice Design Co endeavours to provide as much information about the product as possible on our website so your decision to purchase is an informed one. If however you have queries about the product you have received please feel free to contact us.


What are your delivery costs?
Until further notice shipping is FREE for all purchases over $150. For purchases under $150 the shipping cost is $6.50 North Island and $8.50 South Island will apply. RD delivery, Saturday delivery and delivery to all inner and outer islands of New Zealand including: Great Barrier Island, Little Barrier Island, Moturoa Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Motutapu Island, Arapawa Island, Forsyth Island, D’Urville Island, Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Resolution Island, a flat rate of $9.50 will apply nationwide. A surcharge of $2.50 will apply for extra item in your shipping order. 

How long does delivery take?
North Island deliveries within 3 working days of purchase confirmation. For South Island and rural deliveries please allow an extra 2 working days. Saturday deliveries are only currently possible in main metropolitan areas. For urgent or special requirements please contact us with details before making your purchase to confirm if we can meet your needs.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, Délice Design Co can ship overseas however special shipping charges will apply. You will also be responsible for paying any duties or taxes relevant to the country of destination. Please contact us for a detailed quote before making your purchase.


Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we have Gift Vouchers of different values to purchase: $25, $50, $75, $100, $200. Each dollar denomination voucher is available for purchase through the same process as other Délice Design Co products. Click here for Gift Vouchers. When purchased, your Gift Voucher(s) will be emailed to the recipient along with any special message you would like to add. Plus a unique redemption code and clear instructions on how to purchase Délice Design Co products using our Gift Vouchers. NOTE: Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed on the Délice Design Co website. Products purchased by Gift Voucher must be of equal value or higher than the value of the Gift Voucher. Credits are not retained on behalf of or sent to the purchaser.


What happens if an item is damaged when I receive it?
Please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase and we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act to provide a remedy.
