ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONSThese Terms & Conditions refer to the supply of goods and services by Délice Design Co to you the purchaser, including your use of the Website of Délice Design Co.
All information Délice Design Co receives from you is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to a third party without your prior written consent.
Information we collect will only be used to provide you with details of products and services Délice Design Co offers; for example, fulfilling orders and to send you details of special offers from time to time as a valued customer of Délice Design Co.
SOCIAL MEDIA LAUNCH PROMOTIONThe Délice Design Co launch competition will run from Thursday the 24th of October 2019 until 7pm on Tuesday the 29th of October 2019. The prize includes 4x blush vintage goblets, 1x warm blush throw and 2x Délice Signature Cushions.
Prize is not redeemable for cash. Entrants must be located in New Zealand to be eligible, and must be over the age of 18. By taking part in the competition, entrants agree to being contacted by the Délice Design Co team, and to having promotional material shared with their name and image if they are the winner. Délice Design Co has the right to remove the competition or redraw at any time.
Each entrant or participant completely releases Facebook of any responsibility. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, IMAGES & AVAILABILITYEvery attempt will be made to best describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Descriptions will include dimensions and colour of products however colours you see may depend on the monitor you are using. Délice Design Co cannot guarantee that individual monitor's display of colour will be completely accurate. If further information is required please do not hesitate to contact Délice Design Co.

VOUCHERS & GIFTINGDélice Design Co offer Gift Vouchers, these can be purchased online and sent as a gift to your chosen recipient.
If you wish to purchase an item/items as a gift please let us know in the special comments during ordering along with your personal message to the recipient. Currently Gift Vouchers may only be purchased in NZ$. No credits are issued if the full value of the Gift Voucher is not used in full. Any costs over the value of the Gift Voucher are subject to payment by the purchaser in the usual way.
PAYMENT OPTIONSDélice Design Co accepts the following payment options;
- Visa, MasterCard via Stripe
- ApplePay via Stripe if purchases made using Safari on Apple devices
- Direct Credit by Internet Banking
- Or 6 weekly interest free payment with LayBuy payment service
PRICING AND GSTAll product prices listed are in New Zealand currency and are inclusive of GST.
International customers will be responsible for paying any fees, duties or taxes relevant to the country of delivery if other than New Zealand.
An invoice will be issued to the email address you provide when ordering. Please ensure that your contact details are correct.
SHIPPING & DELIVERYDélice Design Co only deliver to Street addresses, not PO Box addresses.
Clear delivery instructions are required when completing the online checkout and where deliveries can be made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
Délice Design Co will ensure that orders are dispatched promptly after an order has been placed and payment received in full.
If you have special or urgent delivery instructions or circumstances requiring delivery over a weekend please contact Délice Design Co before making your purchase to check we are able to accommodate your requirements. Any surcharges that may apply will be advised and included in the shipping cost payable by the purchaser.
Please inspect products on delivery for any damage in transit.
Délice Design Co endeavours to provide the best packaging possible to ensure your purchase is delivered safely, however if an item is damaged in transit you must notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so will mean that any freight insurance that may apply could be void.
RETURNS/REFUNDSDélice Design Co are unable to refund for 'change of mind' so please choose carefully.
If the goods you receive are faulty, Délice Design Co will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act to provide a remedy.
